  1. No one is above the rules. Shawn4Japan as a certified instructor had a major oversight in the SPARTAN-III Program he himself helped create. This oversight consists of approving and encouraging undisciplined soldiers to change their gamer tags and information into that of a Spartan-III's, his actions hurt the community yet again in maintaining an ordered, fair and performance based Spartan Program. As a founder he remains at large very ambiguous with every activity but should be solidified in this rank. In addition to this, I will also be taking over the Discord again as server owner as part of the punishment.

  4. Why the roster is so important, it would have visualized this however Harry moved to copy the 19th Fleets roster. Since then I am not involved and we are not really all that privy into the details of the structure of the ship. In addition to the short staff in projects we have needed to be completed, If I am completely honest I have yet to look at the roster at all but the ship should not be too unfamiliar in structure.
  5. Ego is understood as a persons sense of self-esteem or self-importance. The ego is most evident when the ship collectively recites the reminder that the unit is the largest, that the pride you share in close relation to staff roles creates upward pressure. Submitting reports and than complaints about others not doing the same, than turning around to posture a greater attitude than current staff because of the responsibilities they have is misunderstood becomes a problem. Pride and ego are easily confused, the key difference between ego and pride is that ego is a sense of self-importance which can lead to arrogance whereas pride is a sense of satisfaction. The words ego and pride are so close in meaning and so interrelated that sometimes it becomes difficult to differentiate between them. Its okay to have an ego, in what I said I want people to be in the best positions possible for ONI to succeed. If someone has an ego, they will be tested. Members who believe they are working harder, doing better and so on should be allowed the platform to perform at a higher level and rewarded. The ships never to exceed 20 people, is simply because small teams work better than larger teams in coordination. We see this work, having tested this over the course of years. In a lobby you can have 16 people max. So 20 has been the average number for Prowlers. Typically the larger units are 32 but I have yet to see a unit where all 32 members are online at any given time in the 8 years I have been here. If 20 people are not enough, you should rely on ONI. The clan you are in and staff to coordinate with other units, Spartans, ODSTs and reserves or civilians for events that require more than 20. Focusing on small teams build up to an tactile community is an alternative thought process of this. I understand that many people feel like there is going to be separation from name or from unit if another unit is created. This is another persistent problem; that if we cannot all see ONI as one clan and/or one unit than the divisions, that is for easier organization and tasking will end this clan in constant infighting. SPARTANs are not apart of ships, and so the inclusion of SPARTANs today has only ever been on a mission needed basis. The ODSTs are in an entirely different unit yet, the lack of leadership has attached the current ODSTs to the most active unit. These are things that we need to understand the separation of through either more educative reform or stronger leadership. If you do not have enough people or the correct people for a mission you should be able to have access to more people @Fire 2the Flame wouldn't you agree? Its already in practice just within the Razor, each Squad relies on each other. But for some reason it ends there, the entire clan is a resource to you and we are trying to look for better ways to let everyone know this. My points are not misrepresented @Canadian Taco5 These are all areas we are asking everyone to come together and work with, for a good solution. For my plans and what I think would remediate some of the stress we're experiencing. UNSC Razor needs to commit to two squads excluding the ODST for a total of 3 Squads or 1 Platoon, if people need to be removed please do so. Platoon needs a call sign, each squad will have an following call sign Ex. UNSC Razor, Hockey Platoon, Hockey 1 Squad and Hockey 2 Squad Hockey 3 Between NCOs each one should add an additional responsibility, if people are training they need to be added to TRADOC PERSCOM & The previous HR Department has merged, we need 1 volunteer from the Razor to help in processing recruits; this will most likely be in staff SgtMaj. Tsar needs to play a larger role with the clan, in staff role or other, the command design is great but obviously something is wrong with ONI if we're not providing a platform for more of his/your ideas.
  6. Thank you again for your service Anna or, if you will go by your first name Marie. It has been a journey and a half with you through Exodus, Remanent, Vash, Naval Command, Project Needle Beta Fleet, 16th Fleet, Sentinel, Death Legion, Valor, Resilience and now Kunai. So many clans, so many people affected by your work in covert operations bringing rosters together, members to good leaders and than wars on the community to generate activity and memories forever. If this is a good bye forever, I would like for you to be on the hall of fame, recognized for this service and indefinitely changing the Halo clan community.
  7. Mine has been in drafts for a very long time now.
  8. I think the UNSC Razor is great, Harry Cramb has done an excellent job in his duty to guide and create community. One of the things I enjoy is seeing autonomy and when I joined staff I made it a mission to look for the best optimal structure that is autonomous so that Shawn4Japan and others can be less involved. I am a design architect and currently work in both creative and tech industries. Its evident that the less involved people are, enlisted and the UNSC Razor especially create opinion and noise around the basic asks we have for the jobs, ranks and positions around ONI. UNSC Razor have a problem doing things that they don't see others doing or other officers doing. Worried about what other officers do and frustrated that other officers were/are a higher rank when they have worked for the title in official record. It is astonishing to me that their are biases against ONI, inside of ONI and I am personally invested in seeking out exactly why this is a problem. I can see all the chats on Discord and read the conversation that did not require Shawn to be confrontational to ask and find out most of my made observation. I am honestly as fed up with the back and forth victimizing statements that we are demonizing the ship as an administration by stepping in to ask for a solution to an already existing problem or seen as an opposing force in the eyes of NCO's who do not respect CO's outside of the UNSC Razor. This entire conversation started with the recruits I am recruiting being active in the Halo discord and greater community. These recruits would ask the same questions, When is boot camp? Why are the text channels dead? Whose unit can I join? When I cannot answer them because we do not have resources in TRADOC, PERSCOM, the text channels lose conversations because Razor creates its own and the units to join are not welcoming of anyone outside of their own recruits this becomes my problem. Recruiting has become a multi-level issue and from my perspective I am not seeing the Razor help me out in this. I ask for help and I am not receiving it. Do you understand what kind of position I am in? @Canadian Taco5 If the ship wants this ego, the pride of being the largest ship we already agreed that the solution is to expand and everyone needs to take a larger responsibility that helps the rest of ONI in our operations and accept roles outside of the ship, because that is the future of this ship. The ships itself never should exceed 20 people really so this problem internally, is a design problem too. No we do not want a bigger ship. There is absolutely no point to it, the UNSC Prowler Corps. is not for big teams of 30+ members and there is no leaders in the UNSC Navy for big ships, not that it would fix the same problems we have with recruiting. I am seeing some discussion on reorganization and I am very disappointed that @Harry Cramb you shared any details of an incomplete plan to create more anxiety around this strategized change. The direction is to push a narrative with more emphasis on squads and award active squads instead of an entire unit. Because of the excessive reporting we can see that one squad is more active than another but also the changes may include the combination of all branches into one singular branch (Spartan Operations) and levels of military occupational specialties. This is an area @Shawn4Japan can explain more over than I can but it is essentially a reversion to a 2011, ranking system that was both fun and rewarding when I joined around 2014. However there is no full plan right now and I would like for that discussion to be had on another thread. There is nothing anyone can prepare to do than climb the ranks and volunteer for staff positions to be included in these ongoing conversations. Going into Infinite I would like a different ship with different names because the UNSC Razor name is staying with Halo: The Master Chief Collection as the lead ship of her class. Which hints that it is an older ship in the Halo universe.
  9. The other part of this recruiting problem is that those with more influence and access to people are unable to recruit too. Essentially this entire system of inviting someone in to join through an already established member does not work and there is no support for recruits and new members in joining the clan.
  10. Write this how you want to be remembered in what you did and where you left an impact. Its only through here it will really be remembered, the black operations and false flag attacks.
  11. Updated with prowler sizes per class.
  12. ISA is being updated to accommodate the new narrative of Halo Infinite.
  13. You hid this post, I just unhid it. Why? Were you scared perhaps someone would actually get banned.
  14. The format of the embed doesn't look like a typical Reddit post. But also this is very long and illegible on this site, might be something to note with web development.
  15. I'm intrigued by this forum overall but agree with Shawn4Japan. When I joined ONI in 2012, I wanted to be apart of a clan I was proud of and tell everyone about. In Halo 4 joining clans as a group, leaving them to eventually fall from our influences and then continuing to operate around our name and not from our name it was a reality to me that many people don't understand. We're not attached to ONI beyond its theme and the role playing names we take into consideration. That in itself is powerful, because we made ONI to be whatever we want on a given day but also detached ourselves from it. For better or for worse we even inspired others to start their own ONI clans, give us feedback on ours (one such vividly clear example is that we are overly sophisticated and complex) whereas they copied us and removed the complications they have to create a new iteration that did not last more than 6 months. To inspire people to fight so hard for the name, to see that they want to be the best ONI or beat us too, its all a new thrill that keeps me interested.
  16. As a military family it hurts to see US efforts unravel in less than a day. It's a strategic failure, 20 years of occupation for key assets in the region in what is otherwise a beautiful country with rich history. That same 20 years affecting so many lives, veterans and currently deployed. It cannot be a good feeling seeing the years you spent out there go down in a day. The UN's inaction, as well as NATO should speak for the world in how much this will weigh. Like the issue with Israel this will probably be smothered in other world wide issues. For the US its hard to say if this is indeed a failure or the intended plan for the country, we have had the luxury to observe what goes on in the world to know the CIA/NSA and activities around the proxy wars we practice here in the clan is something of a mystery to those completely outside of the activity. China/Russia could be backing the militants. There is one thing to observe in the media and that is the Taliban is not seen anywhere actually being an benevolent force. While shots fired and people died it was not an massacre. In the inner city of Kabul it is peaceful and unlike many other cities in the region with blocks bombed and mass graves it is intact. The world can only watch as this is a monumental moment for the puppet state bureaucracy of a terrorist organization to come to its end goal in setting up a new regime. For which side this benefits we don't know, leaving Kabul could only mean we lost.
  17. Starting next record lets include some of the special operations, the Kunai clan and other black operations.
  18. Grandiose delusions (GD), also known as delusions of grandeur or expansive delusions, are a subtype of delusion that occur in patients suffering from a wide range of psychiatric diseases, including two-thirds of patients in manic state of bipolar disorder, half of those with schizophrenia, patients with the grandiose subtype of delusional disorder, and a substantial portion of those with substance abuse disorders. GDs are characterized by fantastical beliefs that one is famous, omnipotent, wealthy, or otherwise very powerful. The delusions are generally fantastic and typically have a religious, science fictional, or supernatural theme. There is a relative lack of research into GD, in contrast to persecutory delusions and auditory hallucinations. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR) diagnostic criteria for delusional disorders, grandiose-type symptoms include exaggerated beliefs of: self-worth power knowledge identity exceptional relationship to a deity or famous person. For example, a patient who has fictitious beliefs about his or her power or authority may believe himself or herself to be a ruling monarch who deserves to be treated like royalty. There are substantial differences in the degree of grandiosity linked with grandiose delusions in different patients. Some patients believe they are God, the Queen of the United Kingdom, a president's son, a famous rock star, and so on. Others are not as expansive and think they are skilled athletes or great inventors. Expansive delusions may be maintained by auditory hallucinations, which advise the patient that they are significant, or confabulations, when, for example, the patient gives a thorough description of their coronation or marriage to the king. Grandiose and expansive delusions may also be part of fantastic hallucinosis in which all forms of hallucinations occur. There are two alternate causes for developing grandiose delusions: Delusion-as-defense: defense of the mind against lower self-esteem and depression. Emotion-consistent: result of exaggerated emotions Prevalence Research suggests that the severity of the delusions of grandeur is directly related to a higher self-esteem in individuals and inversely related to any individual’s severity of depression and negative self-evaluations. Lucas et al. found that there is no significant gender difference in the establishment of grandiose delusion. However, there is a claim that ‘the particular content of Grandiose delusions’ may be variable across both genders. Also, it has been noted that the presence of GDs in people with at least grammar or high school education was greater than lesser educated persons. Similarly, the presence of grandiose delusions in individuals who are the eldest is greater than in individuals who are the youngest of their siblings.
  19. Build a building exactly to my specifications anywhere in the world. Permits and money to no ends. Die of old age not illness-disease, undernourishment or other. Inherit wealth of $1B without any problems legally.
  20. So does the 19th fleet do any sort of reporting?
